For more than 25 years I worked inside global organizations — the kind with tens of thousands of employees, operations on every continent, and every decision under a microscope. I led teams, ran large-scale communications through transformation and crisis, and sat beside CEOs and executive committees as they made and explained the calls that shaped their companies.

Along the way I noticed something: the leaders who thrived weren’t the ones with all the answers. They were the ones who could think clearly under pressure, listen without defending, and communicate in a way that made people want to follow.

Those capabilities can be developed. That’s why I built a practice with two sides:

• Coaching — a confidential partnership, grounded in internationally recognized coaching competencies and ethics, that helps leaders find their own answers and act on them.
• Communications consulting — hands-on strategy, writing, and delivery support for organizations and executives facing moments that matter.

How I show up

Direct, warm, and curious. I’ll ask the question nobody else in your organization will ask. I’ll also hold the space for you to answer it in your own time. I work with leaders across industries and cultures, in person and virtually.

Credentials & standards

I am completing an accredited professional coach-training pathway and practice under the profession’s global code of ethics: confidentiality, clear agreements, no conflicts of interest, and referral to other professionals when that serves you better.
