Leadership Coaching

Coaching for leaders who’ve already proven they can lead.

The next level rarely asks for more effort. It asks for different thinking — about yourself, your team, and the work only you can do. Coaching is where that thinking happens.

The experience behind the questions

Decades at the top of global organizations.

Before coaching, I spent 25+ years in senior leadership inside some of the largest companies in the world. I led large, distributed teams across continents, sat at executive tables during transformation and turbulence, and was accountable for outcomes that showed up in the numbers and the headlines.

I know the loneliness of a big decision, the politics of a matrix, the pressure of a board update, and the quiet question every senior leader eventually asks: “Is this still the right path for me?”

That background earns credibility quickly. But the heart of my coaching isn’t my story — it’s yours. I’m trained to coach, not to tell you what I would do.

How we’ll work

Eight commitments you can expect from me.

My practice is grounded in the competencies that define professional coaching worldwide. Here’s what that means for you, in plain language.

  1. 01

    Ethical, confidential practice

What you share stays between us. I hold a strict professional code of ethics, keep coaching distinct from consulting or therapy, and will tell you plainly if another kind of support would serve you better.

  2. 02

    A coaching mindset

You are creative, resourceful, and whole. I stay curious instead of prescriptive, and I keep doing my own development so I can stay useful to yours.

  3. 03

    Clear agreements

We define what you want from coaching, how we’ll measure progress, and how we’ll work — for the whole engagement and for every single session.

  4. 04

    Trust and safety

Real progress needs room to be candid. I respect your identity, your context, and your pace, and I’ll support you through the uncomfortable parts.

  5. 05

    Full presence

In our sessions you get my complete attention — focused, grounded, and responsive to what’s actually happening rather than following a script.

  6. 06

    Active listening

I listen for what you say, what you don’t, and what sits underneath — values, beliefs, emotions — and reflect it back so you can hear yourself clearly.

  7. 07

    Evoking awareness

Through questions, silence, and the occasional challenge, we surface new perspectives on the patterns that have quietly been running the show.

  8. 08

    Facilitating growth

Insight only matters if it changes something. We turn learning into action, design how you’ll stay accountable, and celebrate progress along the way.

Engagements

Structured for the moment you’re in.

Executive Coaching

6 months · twice-monthly sessions

Deep, ongoing partnership for senior leaders working on presence, influence, strategic focus, or a stubborn pattern that keeps getting in the way.

  • Intake and goal-setting session
  • 12 coaching sessions, 60–75 min
  • Optional stakeholder input
  • Mid-point and closing reviews

Leadership Team Coaching

Custom · typically 4–9 months

For intact teams that need to trust more, decide faster, and lead together. We work on the team as a system, not just the individuals in it.

  • Team diagnostic and 1:1 interviews
  • Facilitated team sessions
  • Shared agreements and accountability
  • Optional individual coaching

Not ready for an engagement? A single 90-minute strategy session is a good way to experience the work.

The process

From first call to lasting change.

  1. Chemistry call

A free, no-pressure conversation. Is this the right focus, the right time, and the right coach?

  2. Agreement

We co-design goals, success measures, logistics, confidentiality, and — if a sponsor is involved — how three-way check-ins work.

  3. Coaching sessions

Each session starts with what you want to leave with and ends with what you’ll do next.

  4. Integration

We review progress against the goals you set, consolidate learning, and plan how you’ll sustain it on your own.

Clear boundaries

Coaching, consulting, mentoring, therapy — what’s the difference?

Coaching

A partnership that helps you find your own answers and act on them. Future-focused. You lead the agenda.

Consulting

I bring expertise and recommendations to solve a defined problem. My communications practice works this way.

Mentoring

Sharing what worked for me. Useful — but it’s my path, not necessarily yours.

Therapy

Healing and mental health support from a licensed clinician. If that’s what you need, I’ll help you find it.
